UICC World Cancer Congress

Harvey, in collaboration with Mal Warwick, Bernard Ross, Jennie Thompson, Norma Galafassi, Usha Menon, and Karen Osborne, hosted a plenary session that attracted an audience of 500 people. This exciting event took place on Monday, July 10th. Harvey also conducted a workshop based on his popular double CD: “How Today's Rich Give” on Tuesday, July 11th.

This free event was well-attended by a lively crowd who joined Harvey and co-author Azim Jamal for a discussion of their revolutionary book, The Power of Giving. Harvey and Azim spoke about the ways that this “guide to giving” shows how sharing your time, skills, compassion, and wealth can make the world a more peaceful and healthier place. The lecture was followed by a question and answer period and book signing.
